is to keep it simple and start with the basics. At your initial consultation she
will discuss your goals with you- whether it is to lose weight, sculpt muscles,
prepare for a race. Together you will customize a fitness and or meal plan along
with a timeline to execute your goals! You'll have her knowledge of training,
her support and encouragement along the way. There will be tough times and days
that it won't be easy but you won't be alone in your journey.
