Training
with Arin
Arin's approach is to keep it simple and
start with the basics. At your initial consultation she will discuss where you
are at currently and where you want to be with your goals. Together you will
customize a fitness plan along with a timeline to execute your goals. You'll
have her knowledge of training, her support and encouragement along the way.
There will be tough times and days that it won't be easy but you won't be alone
in your journey.
